Fowler members joined Diné (Navajo) weavers Eric-Paul Riege and Tyrrell Tapaha, who took us on a journey of their avant-garde practices and give us a taste of the future of weaving. In conversation with Amy Denet Deal, these artists shared cultural knowledge preserved and passed down for generations.
The first program featured Diné weavers Zefren Anderson and Nikyle Begay, whose work is rooted in tradition, the land, and animals.
