This award-winning short documentary—screened especially for Fowler Members—features the Vocal Vidas, a female Cuban a cappella quartet whose infectious spirit and precise vocal harmonies embody the sounds of Santiago de Cuba, the cradle of Afro-Cuban music. The post-screening Member Happy Hour includes a performance by Afro-Cuban pianist, composer, and arranger Dayramir Gonzalez, and a fantastic conversation between Producer Robin Miller Ungar and Director Jeremy Ungar.
