Learn about non-invasive conservation techniques on objects and materials in the Fowler’s collection, including a pre-Hispanic child mummy from the Arica Valley of northern Chile, acquired by the Fowler in 1966, as well as West Mexican ceramic vessels. This important work helps us to better understand our collection, object provenance, and guide potential repatriation decisions.
