On March 7, 2020, the Fowler’s Contemporary Council enjoyed its last in-person studio visit with artist Gajin Fujita before the pandemic hit. It was an incredible afternoon at his home. Gajin is best known for merging contemporary street art with the centuries-old style of Japanese ukiyo-e woodblock prints. These Lovely Streets is a short video that gives you a peek inside his process and where he finds inspiration in Los Angeles.
