The Jasmine Sneeze, by an award-winning Syrian author-illustrator Nadine Kaadan, tells the tale of the cat Haroun who enjoys sleeping in the jasmine-scented courtyard in Damascus. Haroun spends his days basking in the sun and sneezing from the jasmine plants near his favorite napping spot.
