Tai Chi with Master Peter Asco
Originating from ancient Chinese Daoist principles, Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art form that helps create a healthy balance of Yin (internal energy) and Yang (external energy). The official short form, with a series of 24 slow, flowing movements, puts in motion every joint, tendon, muscle and organ, stimulating Chi or vital energy, while generating a deep state of concentration, relaxation, and well-being. By promoting neuron connections, bone marrow growth, circulation, vitality, strength and coordination, it will, in effect, turn back the biological clock.
Join Master Peter Asco as he leads a free Tai Chi lesson with basic training in Chi-Kung in the Davis Courtyard. No registration or experience necessary.
