Story Time at the Fowler
How did oxen come to be on earth? Join us for an interactive storytelling experience as we look, listen, and learn in our exhibition How to Make the Universe Right. Families and children of all ages are invited to discover how one ox’s celestial blunder became a blessing in How the Ox Star Fell from Heaven (1995). After reading this Chinese folktale, a Museum Educator will lead families on a brief exploration of artworks related to the story.
Story Time is a short format, informal storytelling program facilitated by Fowler educators from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm on the first and third Friday of each month. This event is free, no reservation required. Meet in the Fowler’s Lobby.
