AweChords is a performance-based co-ed group at UCLA that strives to share its passion for music with the campus and greater Los Angeles communities. The ensemble was founded in 2006 as a musical component of UCLAʼs annual Vietnamese Culture Night (VCN). In 2010, they began to diversify their sound and regrouped to form AweChords A Cappella, expanding in both music genres and showcase performances; they also performed continually at VCN every year for an audience of over 2,000 people. At the Fowler, AweChords will be singing some fun pop songs from their winter repertoire.
