Fowler in the City: Wellness Circle at Sovern LA

This wellness workshop will start with a guided meditation led by Sepideh Hakimzadeh, and will be followed by a dialogue circle and a sound bath. The event will take place at Sovern LA, 5757 West Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA.
This workshop provides a space for Iranians in the diaspora and those who want to show up in solidarity with the Iranian struggle for freedom. Sepideh will lead a meditation and a dialogue to foster connection and show support for the freedom fighters in Iran. The circle will provide a space to express grief and summon hope for liberation. It will close with a soothing sound bath to integrate and calm the nervous system.
Sepideh Hakimzadeh is an Iranian-born therapist, activist, and healer. She channels and works with the womb mysteries and earth energies to guide women and femmes in connecting to their ancient roots and ancestors. Her mission is to inspire women and femmes to embody their power and amplify their voices as they envision and create a liberated world. Hakimzadeh leads Whole Mother Therapy, an LA-based group therapy practice; and is the creator of Seemorgh Mystery School, through which she offers a variety of healings, workshops, and guideships.
