Fowler Fit: Sweat Mastering Mobility
Open to all fitness levels!
The Fowler has teamed up with personal trainer Jared Rodriguez for a series of workouts designed to release tension and improve the range of motion. Sessions will begin with a steady flow targeting the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs. Medium-intensity interval training will focus on strength, core, and conditioning designed to work for all fitness levels. Each class will wrap up with soothing breath work and a deep stretch.
Offering modified, standard, and bonus versions of exercises, coach Jared is committed to helping build confidence through strength. Participants will need a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, closed-toe shoes, and clothes that allow movement.
Jared Rodriguez is a thought leader, athlete, holistic health/fitness creator, and community organizer. His company, Inspired Method Fitness, abides by a unique four-pillar training system that highlights mobility, strength, cardio, and lifestyle. With 18 years in the fitness industry and a passion for humans and movement, Jared is committed to supporting and building community through group exercise.
