Join families of all skill levels as Alex Reed leads participants in a 45-minute imaginative yoga session featuring mindful play, breathing exercises, and relaxing stretches. Little yogis (ages 4 ) are invited to pack their bags and join Alex on a journey to India’s stepwells during this new monthly yoga series. At 2 pm, join Fowler Educators for a family-friendly guided tour highlighting artwork from our special exhibition India’s Subterranean Stepwells.

Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own! Space is limited. The first ten participants to RSVP to fowlereducation@arts.ucla.edu will receive a guaranteed spot.

Alex Reed
Founder of Alex Reed Yoga, Alex loves to teach yogis of all ages while maintaining a light and playful mood. Her initial training was with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara and she has since studied at Yogaraj in West LA with Jay Co and Brent Lafoon. Alex is also certified to teach kids through Zooga Yoga and her latest certification is through Yogaworks with David Kim.
