Fowler Families: Express Yourself!
How would you like the world to see you? Children of all ages are invited to answer this question while creating a self-portrait illustrating how they would like to be seen by others—playing their favorite instrument, helping a friend, or whatever fits them!
This program is inspired by our special exhibition Through Positive Eyes, presenting 50 self-portraits, photo-essays, and videos created by people living with HIV and AIDS around the world.

Photography, video, and live storytelling components produced by people living with HIV and AIDS offer intimate access to everyday and extraordinary life moments from their perspectives. Their artistic statements are powerful tools for combating stigma, one of the most formidable barriers to fighting the epidemic.
