Culture Fix: Richard Montoya on José Montoya

Richard Montoya, co-curator of Abundant Harvest, playwright, and filmmaker, provides intimate insights into the work of his father José Montoya. Satire, humor, drama, and the uncanny inhabit the artist’s drawings of cantinas, barrio streets, service men, and sly pachucos – all of whom play roles in the narratives of his work.
