Connecting Art and Law for Liberation Festival
IN PERSON
Connecting Art and Law for Liberation (CALL) is an art and law festival hosted by the UCLA School of Law’s Prison Law and Policy Program, Criminal Justice Program, and UCLA Prison Education Program, as well as the Fowler Museum. This year’s conference is a call to action to imagine abolitionist futures. The festival will share innovative, leading-edge collaborations at the intersection of art and law; and unite communities through various art media, while simultaneously developing and disseminating new advocacy strategies. Join us on the Fowler terrace for an evening of performances, conversations, and light refreshments.
This program is part of the Fowler initiative “Art of Liberation: Africa and the African Diaspora,” which is generously funded by the Nissan Foundation and The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation.
Parking available in UCLA Lot 4, 198 Westwood Plaza, directly off Sunset Blvd; $3/hr or max $15/day. Rideshare drop-off at 305 Royce Dr.
