Ragas and Rhythms with Paul Livingstone & Friends
Coinciding with the Art of Rangoli and Indian Independence Day (observed on August 15), enjoy the sounds of South Asian classical music in the amphitheater with sitarist Paul Livingstone, a disciple of Pandit Ravi Shankar, Rajeev Taranath and Amiya Dasgupta; tabla player Javad Butah disciple of world-renowned of Pandit Anindo Chatterjee and Pandit Swapan Chaudhuri; and on sarangi, Alma Cielo, a disciple of Pankaj Misra.
Bring your friends and family! Younger guests (4+) are invited to participate in Yoga for Little Travelers from 1 to 3pm.

Since the 5th century, stepwells have served as water-harvesting systems that descend into the earth and enable communities to access the water table or rainwater gathered below.
