Book-Making Workshop: Flag Books and Found Writing with Debra Disman

Join us for an innovative workshop that integrates art, craft, and creative writing. Debra Disman teaches how to construct a flag book—comprised of a concertina spine, front and back covers, and multiple “flag” pages, which shift direction when the book is opened. Participants will develop the book’s content with imagery and text using found-writing techniques that make the activity fun and spontaneous. $35 general, $30 Fowler members.
